The Timbits Mini Soccer Program is designed for children in the Active Start stage of player development. The focus is on fun, movement, and learning the basics of soccer with the support of parents and guardians.

Parent/Guardian Participation: Required for every child

Spring Block (Mainland) - 5 Weeks
Summer Block (Saint Mary's University, Fort Needham Park, Springvale Elementary) - 12 Weeks

All coaches are trained and certified through Soccer Nova Scotia and the Canadian Soccer Association. Requirements include:
Respect in Sport certification
Ethical decision-making training
Valid police checks
This ensures a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all participants.
The program uses the Spond App to manage schedules, notifications, and updates. Families will receive a unique link to join prior to the start of the season.
Before the season begins, parents/guardians will receive an online presentation introducing:
Club values and philosophy
Development pathway for players
Safe sport guidelines and requirements
Club code of conduct
Parent/guardian must be present and actively engaged in each session.
Players receive their very own ball as part of registration.
The focus is on fun, movement, and introduction to the game, not competition.
